I work with clients privately and through corporate engagements. My corporate clients include law firms, professional services firms, government departments and agencies and I also work with clients in the education, healthcare, banking and SME sectors.  

 

My work is bespoke, confidential and focused on my client's goals.

Every coaching assignment starts with an exploration of where my client is and where they want to get to. I work with each client to fully understand their goals, challenges and long term ambitions and the coaching goes from there.

My approach supports my client to develop their unique leadership style - whether that is as an executive manager, a team leader or senior professional/expert in the organisation. We explore and build skills and resources to develop systemic relationships, manage key priorities and stakeholders, understand the nature of personal brand and influence and by building great communications and decision making skills.

Coaching is above all a confidential, collaborative and supportive space where you can think about what's going on now, what you want for the future and start to take action to get you moving towards that future.
