ABOUT ME
Originally a lawyer, I spent over 20 years in senior leadership and professional roles in the public and private sector before setting up my coaching practice in 2018.

I've worked in complex organisations across a range of business sectors and bring a deep understanding of corporate culture, systems, team dynamics and the essentials of effective leadership and communication to my coaching practice. I have been a mentor to the Law Society's Women in Leadership Programme since 2017.

I hold bachelors and masters degrees in law, am a CEDR accredited mediator and have post graduate diplomas in project management and in company direction from the Institute of Directors.
